* Should the home not be ready and the photo session delayed, or upon arrival unable to gain access to the home, an additional charge of $50 will be charged.
* Travel to properties outside the perimeter will be charged an additional $.85 per KM.
* 12-Hour Rush Photo Delivery Additional $50
* Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
