The story of a photographer

Hi! I am Yuliana Jenkinson the heart & hands behind Lily & Roses Photography a family photographer based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I have been photographing for the past 10 years. My journey started with architecture and landscape photography and in recent years I have transitioned to capturing special moments for family & friends which I thoroughly enjoy and only further ignites my love for the art of photography. Photography is my beautiful escape, and I am so lucky to be able to meet wonderful souls (like you reading this) every day! I strive to capture all of those authentic & timeless feelings along with those intimate emotions.

When I'm not spending time behind the camera, I can be found enjoying the outdoors or planning my next adventure. Two of my favorite things to do are bake and travel! Thanks to my parents I have always had the travel bug. I have been to at least 12 countries. I find such joy in the little things in life, but there is nothing like exploring a new culture, a new city, or a new restaurant with those you love.

What I really love about being a photographer is when clients fully trust my vision, it's pretty amazing to capture connections between loved ones and I get to meet so many amazing families.
